Here we are on our way to church on Christmas Day. A beautiful service with heart-warming music, both familiar and new. Our morning started early with the padding of feet and the semi-patient waiting for Santa gifts and stockings. The only word for it was magic.
The day after Christmas we made the trek to Madison for the Sandy family celebration. There we also celebrated the recent engagement of Paul's brother Charlie and his girlfriend, Corie. We wish them well in their new life together, and pray their children adjust well.
Next stop, Fall Creek, WI for Christmas with Papa and Nana. We were all touched beyond words with their special gift of a recordable book... their voices reading "The Night Before Christmas" will be treasured for years to come.
Last stop before heading home: the Skutley home in Eau Claire. Who knew Paul would be removing and then installing a stove while there? They like to keep us on our toes! Thanks, one and all. It was great to come home after all that traveling, but we're quite glad we did it.
(I can tell I am behind with the blog when I lump so many significant days together in one posting. We had a week-long bout with pink eye starting on New Year's Eve, and combining that with the hustle and bustle of Christmastime made the days a little fuzzy. Sorry to be so delayed...)

Lisher-what GREAT Christmas memories you made! Loved the group shot of your family. What a sweet little crew you have. XOXO, Molls
