The chicks have arrived! Here are the photos and commentary Tim sent along with them:
"After my first official day as a chicken keeper, I’m proud to report that they are all still living. Ben refers to them as his ‘pet chickens.’ Katie even conceded that they were very cute. Cool weather last night made the brooder temperature a little low this morning. It was about 83 in their house instead of the desired 95 degrees.
A bunch of Amish folks and me picking up live chickens in the back of Farm and Fleet. It was classic."
We're hoping to get there next weekend and meet them while they're still chicks!
