We had such an awesome afternoon yesterday playing in the snow. Finally warm enough to get out! I got the girls some "L-Bow" mittens that go up the whole arm, and they were snug as bugs. Also ran out to get little Bobo some boots, as he didn't have any and I was getting sick of carrying him everywhere. His feet are so thick that I had to get a huge size so I could get them on! Needless to say, he was tripping all over at first when we went out to play. He did get the hang of it, though. I love watching kids come up with games in the snow. It was a perfect afternoon. And Daddy came through with steamy cocoa waiting for us when we got in. We drank, then snuggled on the couch under blankets and read some books. Ahhh... blissful day that won't happen again for awhile. (Forecast: below zero this weekend.) I'll take it when I can get it!

You can pause the photos, or double-click on them to see the entire slideshow through a separate Picasa window. Sometimes I can't upload still images, so I use the slideshows instead.
Wow, that's a lot of snow! Do you like comments on your blogs? I read a couple blogs and I notice (a) everyone likes comments, and (b)some have a cute weekly post called "time warp tuesday" or "flashback friday" where they post a picture from the past and reminisce. I thought that was a cute idea! I am reading faithfully, keep it up!
