Applesauce at Preschool
Today I helped the preschoolers out in their quest to make some tasty applesauce. It was the first time I have worked in the room since Ella has attended, and it was great fun. The kids were eager to have their turn with the magical peeler/corer/ slicer tool, which I was put in charge of. There are twelve kids in her room, ages 3-5, and so we peeled twelve apples. The classroom smelled delightful as we listened to apple stories and stirred the apple mush. And the, voila! Applesauce! Can't wait for my next visit. I am grateful she is here in this loving environment.

So glad that you're really feeling good about Ella's school...how is she doing now?
