We had an awesome baking weekend with the Skutley family here over Thanksgiving weekend (I believe this is the fifth annual!). The kids always play so well together, and Katie and I (as well as the guys) never run out of stuff to chat about. We made chocolate-covered pretzels, sugar cookies, puppy chow, Andes mint cookies, spritz and a new one called Caramel Chocolate cookies. De-lish! Our share is freezing safely in our freezer/sunroom, though we've all dipped in to have a taste or two. Thanks for the fun, dear friends!

Our aprons were on and we were ready to bake! The guys spent most of the weekend with the kids, which was so nice. Katie and I even got a little shopping in. We're lucky!
