Our little cherubs sang at church on Sunday, and it was so cute. Leading up to it wasn't the best -- Nonie didn't want to wear her costume, Owen was crying, the video camera battery died -- but it turned out just fine. Paul was sick and couldn't be there, poor guy. Papa, Nana and Auntie were there to cheer on the singers.
Crabby-pants Nonie. (o:
Songs performed: "Away in a Manger" and "There was a Little Baby." Also chanted a poem about Christmas, which was sweet.
This is my only shot of Ella (I had to be up there too -- next to Owen on the floor -- so Nonie would do it, so I couldn't take any pics). Ella's the one right next to the guy's head on the left. Andrea will give me more...

We had Connor's Christmas show last week. I'd say there are 40 kids at his preschool and 39 of them were in costumes and various stages of singing. Then there was my guy who cheerfully refused any attempts to get him to sing or wear a costume. Oh, my. Apparently he knows his own mind and does NOT perform. We are 0 for 3 so far and I'm hoping we have some conflict when the next one rolls around!
