We visited a local bank for their annual Santa and sleigh rides day. It was chilly, but cozy inside; free cocoa, coffee, juice and bars. We ran into fellow church members and classmates, and it felt good to be part of the community.
Ella was shy with Santa; her list included a toy horse and tights.
Owen was lukewarm, but asked for a football. Santa liked this!
Nonie hammed it up with Mr. Claus. She asked for a football helmet and he ate her up!
After a long wait, our family had a turn in Santa's sleigh with Donner and Blitzen. The kids couldn't have smiled any bigger. It was a great morning.
