A couple of weeks ago we went for a visit to my mom's... it was the perfect escape while Paul was out of town. We had a yummy dinner at my Aunt Mary's, and while the kids played (she always pulls out fun toys she has saved from her daughter's childhood), Mary and I chatted away. It was a much-needed catch-up! Thanks, Auntie Mary.
The next day brought some warmer weather, though there was a definite nip in the air, and we all got out to explore the farmyard in winter.
Thanks for the awesome visit, Grammy! I always leave so rested and ready to take on the role of 24/7 Mommy again. The hiatus is much appreciated...
