Como Zoo had a celebration called "Countdown to Noon," and our friend Heidi invited us to check it out. She and her sons, Shea and Griffin, were ready for a fun morning of music, crafts and good times. Here's Shea with his festive 2010 hat he and his mom made:
Group shot! We had a good time, but Nonie was a bit grouchy (she does not enjoy crowds), so we headed out before the big balloon noon drop. Thanks, Heidi!
That evening, Andrea and Scott had a little party where the kids ate some treats and entertained the guests with their antics; by 7:00 we were home and in jammies. It was a nice party, but the troops were beat! Paul and I watched a movie and hit the pillows long before midnight (just as we like it). Happy New Year to you all... may you find health, happiness and fulfillment in 2010.
