It was a rough week in the chicken business:
Low Light:
We lost 4 birds leaving us with 26/30. I’m blaming it on good old-fashioned, nobody’s fault, it would happen in all the finest brooders, poultry mortality. God just wanted it that way. We’re back on the right track as of this morning.
High Light:
Ben and I had a great conversation while filling up the chicken waterers. It all started with Ben’s statement, 'You know Daddy, water is really wet.'”
