A super visit here last week with our friends Cyndi, James and their boys, Connor and Josh. They visit usually twice a year from CA, as James is from Red Wing, MN. We really enjoyed getting some time together and watching the kids play (their boys are right in our kids' age groups). We hit Choo Choo Bob's Train Store for a crowded storytime, walked to the nearby Java Train for treats for young and old, and ended the night with dinner at the diner, Snuffy's. Mmm! Cyndi is one of those friends who needs nothing but a comfy chair and her family around her to be happy. I love it! We used to teach together and have all sorts of things in common -- we're even reading the same book right now. With both of us juggling life in general, we hardly have time for our old lazy chats, so this visit was long-overdue and much needed. 'Til the summer, Cyndi!
