Awesome Birthday Weekend for Bobo

We had a great weekend with an overnight visit from the Skutley family. The Wait family joined us all Saturday for a morning celebration, and then my sister, Scott and my mom came for an afternoon BBQ and cupcake feed. (o: Thanks, everyone!
Owen's treat of choice was cupcakes, and we decorated them like baseballs. Saturday ended up being a scorcher, so Bobo was stripped down...
So was Anna Skutley! What a cutie. Ella and Norah just LOVE her. Having a whole weekend with her here was a dream come true for them. Katie was creative with ways to let them help... getting burp cloths, making her laugh during diaper changes, etc.. Perfect!
What a big grin from Drake Wait! He is the spitting image of his dad, Andy.
Marcie Wait and the girls enjoyed playing together... dolls, strollers, anything baby!
Ben and Owen started to enjoy playing together (instead of next to each other!) and getting each other to laugh. They both love to zoom cars and throw balls! And make a little mischief. (o:

The rest of the weekend went by too quickly... Sunday we all walked to Como Zoo, then while the kids napped, Katie and I went shopping (Paul and Tim stayed home and talked smack). The Skutley family fit in our home perfectly -- even their dog, Lucy, joined them here. We're eager to do it again!
