We packed up the camper and car.
We drove -- it was oh so far --
To see the Sandy family
And camp near (a few) trees.
We made it to Jellystone Park,
Where there's Boo-Boo and Yogi at dark,
And water parks, mini-golf and showers;
They're all open 'til the wee hours.
The kids had lots of great fun,
In the clouds, chilliness and then sun.
The food was as tasty as could be;
As was the feisty company.
Oh, how will all wait another year,
Until we can join again here??
Oh no! What a tragic bummer!
We'll be in Hayward next summer! (o:
(And yes, I know I am an awful poet. This is why I am not paid to write this blog!!)
